RBF Medical Transportation Services (MTS) is a local, veteran owned and operated Non-Emergency Medical Transportation company. With deep roots in service to the community-at-large, RBF MTS provides highly reliable and quality service to support the needs of our clients and ensure a diamond level transportation experience.
As a family owned business we understand the importance of taking care of family and wish to treat you and your family like our own. Our specialized services are planned with families in mind as we make non-emergency transportation needs a priority for our clients. We work directly with Medicaid brokers, HMOs, and private pay clients. In order to ensure we meet the medical appointment requirements of our client population, we work closely with health care providers, clinics, nursing care facilities, home health care agencies and families to increase healthcare compliance and client satisfaction. Services provided by our team allow families with non-emergency medical transport needs, and competing job requirements, the ability to balance both.
Our goal is to support families by facilitating the convenience of non-emergency medical transportation through providing transport to and from designated or service for hire appointments.
OUR STAFF AND DRIVERS
RBF Medical Transportation Services (MTS) cares not only for its clients but also its staff. All staff representing our company will undergo background checks, drug/alcohol screening, and receive formal training to serve our clients while gaining skills to become more marketable in the non-emergency medical transporation industry. Specifically, all of our staff receive training in Customer Service and CPR/First-Aid with AED. In addition, our transport specialists/drivers receive Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity training and are trained to become Certified Transport Specialists through the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Accreditation Committee.
